We charge $8.50 per lb, and we sell our beef by the lb of meat you take home. You may have seen "hanging weight" pricing from other places, but we don't work that way. You get exactly what you pay for, no hidden fees.
 
This customizable 1/4 beef bundle allows you to choose the way you want your beef cut and wrapped. You get a mix of steaks, roasts, ground, etc from all parts of the animal, done to your specifications.
 
1/4 beef are about 120lbs of meat. As each cow is different, we won't know your total bill until all is done.
